Depending on the type of food, there is an appropriate heating method to avoid reducing the nutritional composition of the dish. Here are a few tips you need to know for proper heating:

- For fish food, when you want to heat fish, you should only heat it for 4-5 minutes, do not heat it for too long because it will lose the amount of protein and fat in the fish.

- For meat-based foods, before reheating, you should add a little vinegar, because when reheating, the minerals in the meat will evaporate and meet the acid in the vinegar to form calcium acetate, which is very good for the body.

- For seafood, when reheating, add a little spice such as wine, ginger. Doing so, will help food retain its freshness and help kill disease-causing bacteria, giving you peace of mind when eating.

- For starch, it should be eaten immediately when heated because the longer it is left, the adhesion as well as color and flavor will be changed by the decomposition of staphylococcus.
